Kalexico started off for me as a third party back end developer. I was happy with what they offered to begin with. In hindsight their development was terrible. There were a lot of bugs in their programming and was a huge flaw in the app that was developed. I did think about suing them as it was never rectified and they showed zero interest in fixing the issue. I paid a substantial amount for my app to be created and assumed they’d be there to continue to offer their product once it had been created, however I was let down a few years later and was left in limbo to do everything on my own. Kalexico had cut all ties with me and it was impossible to even get a reply to emails. So much so I was tempted to send a letter to explain I may pursue legal advice. I would avoid this company as they don’t put the customer first and have let me down massively.

We at Ludkins Collectables have been working with Kalexiko since November 2015. From the moment of our first meeting I was warmly welcomed by Chan, Sukh and their team. We were able to sit and work through everything and clearly outline in depth what I wanted from the website. Although I have little knowledge of website development they have been able to convey my ideas and create a bespoke website for my exact needs. Regular meetings and updates have meant that we have been kept in the loop at all times on the development of the site. With experience of other developers their company is far superior with an attentive and knowledgeable team. We have received excellent aftercare and they have been on hand when needed.
